We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing structures
  • Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM or sales tools
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of booked business
  • Attend sales meetings, site tours, trade shows, and networking events as needed
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership
  • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
  • Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting
  • Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment 
  • Fosters a positive work environment 
  • Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
  • Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars 
  • Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date
  • Must have TAM card up to date
  • Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage

Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants
  • Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
  • Vast product knowledge
  • Must be on property
  • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
  • All other duties as assigned

  
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
