Position Summary:
- Manages and oversees entire restaurant operation alongside General Manager
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
- Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
- Responds quickly and compassionately to customer questions and concerns
- Maintains staffing pars. Interview and hire accordingly in conjunction with GM
- Manages restaurant supplies and submits orders to GM to maintain pars
- Nurture a positive work environment
- Monitors staff performance
- Educates self with full understanding of all food and beverage products
- Works in conjunction with beverage manager to create and maintain continuing product education
- Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
- Must have SNHD Food Handlers card up to date
- Must have TAM card up to date
- Oversees uniform, smallware, and glassware inventories
- Weekly P&L Review
- Maintain a clean work environment that exceed health code standards
- All other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Candidate must have at least 3 years prior experience
- Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, E-Mail
- Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be a team leader, player, and have a positive attitude
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays
- All other duties as assigned
