About Us
- Greet guests with a warm welcome
- Communicate with server to always meet the guests’ needs as quickly as possible
- Fill water when necessary
- Clear unused plate ware only when the guest is finished
- Wipe table between courses without interruption to guest conversation
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, booths, and chairs between seatings
- Ensure floors are always without debris and moisture
- Relay any information or orders given to you directly to server
- Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management
- Must have Nevada Food Handler Safety Card up to date
- Must have TAM Card up to date
- Assist other areas of restaurant when possible
- All other duties assigned
- Experience as a Busser in full service, moderate to high volume restaurant is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Communicates clearly to co-workers and leadership
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- All other duties as assigned
