About Us
- Oversees reservation platform
- Maintains sales calendar and coordinates communication between FOH and BOH
- Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
- Maintains open communication with Front Desk and Concierge teams
- Responds quickly to all guest feedback and/or inquires when given
- Maintains Host Dept staffing pars. Interview and hire accordingly in conjunction with AGM/GM
- Oversees training program for Host team in conjunction with GM
- Manages Menu, Host Stand, and Office supplies and submits orders with GM approval to maintain pars
- Foster a positive work environment
- Monitors staff performance and initiates corrective actions
- Educates self with full understanding of all food and beverage products
- Effectively schedules Host staff to established pars
- Creates a culture of long-term growth for reservations and sales team members
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as in high volume restaurant with a focus in reservations
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
- Vast product knowledge
- Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and leadership
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- All other duties as assigned
