Position Summary:
  • Oversees reservation platform
  • Maintains sales calendar and coordinates communication between FOH and BOH
  • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
  • Maintains open communication with Front Desk and Concierge teams
  • Responds quickly to all guest feedback and/or inquires when given
  • Maintains Host Dept staffing pars. Interview and hire accordingly in conjunction with AGM/GM
  • Oversees training program for Host team in conjunction with GM
  • Manages Menu, Host Stand, and Office supplies and submits orders with GM approval to maintain pars
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Monitors staff performance and initiates corrective actions 
  • Educates self with full understanding of all food and beverage products
  • Effectively schedules Host staff to established pars 
  • Creates a culture of long-term growth for reservations and sales team members


Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as in high volume restaurant with a focus in reservations
  • Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
  • Vast product knowledge
  • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and leadership
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
  • All other duties as assigned
